Meanwhile, Numb had finished searching the cupboards at the left counter. He had found a number of things inside each.
Cupboard 1:
- It was packed with of fruits... very, very dry fruits, inside of plastic cases that lined the inside wall.
- They were so dry in fact, that they were practically powder. They lacked any hydration at all whatsoever.
- From what Numb could see, the drawer included some apples, a banana, and grapes.
Cupboard 2:
- It contained a single wine bottle, full of a dark purple wine. There seemed to be a shiny object floating around on the inside.
- However, the cap was stuck on tight... he couldn't remove it with his bare hand.
- The label on the front had a picture banana.

"Hm. I think we need to put some water onto the dry food....maybe with the faucet? I think this banana has something to open the wine."
He drifted over to the hand-washing station.

Numb floated over to it, and, with the best of his ability, splashed the dehydrated banana in water.
"Let's see where this takes us...."

Water dispenser:
- It had three settings: Hot, Cold, and Drain.
- In the space below the faucet, there was a grate to catch any water that missed its target.
The dispenser shot water down through the banana like a hose, catching the excess water through a grate at the bottom. As the banana filled with water, it ripened into something edible, although a tad soggy. It could now be peeled.

He had a slight smirk.
"Now, let's peel this sucker."
He took the banana and began to pull the peeling off of it.

Banana:
- The peel ripped as it was pulled down. It felt like peeling a dark brown banana that had gone long past its prime.
- Inside the goopy mess was some small object. it was a bottle opener.

With a bit of push, the cap came off the bottle smoothly. As there was no gravity to pull the wine out, the main bulk of it stayed within the bottle, as did the small object within it.

Wataru drifted up behind Numb to see the bottle in his hand.
"Haha, sweet! Don't mind if I do, son!"
He took the bottle, and began glugging down the wine.

Numb looked a bit stunned at the man, then began to laugh.
"You...sure can guzzle, haha....."
"Wait! Make sure you don't swallow what's inside the wine!"

Wataru's back curled up, and he began to cough.
"Ugggh...agh... Gaagh...!!"
*cough* *hack*
"Blugh...!"
With one final hack, a small key flew out of his mouth, covered in saliva.

Hidemi was repulsed by the key as it flew toward her. She put on an oven mit, and caught it carefully before it could touch her skin.

Blake's head reemerged from beneath the center counter as he heard Wataru's coughs. His eyes glanced over the near empty wine bottle and his mind put together the rest.
"What the hell do you think you're doing?! You seriously think you should be drinking right now? How about you use your brain next time, huh?"

He took the key from her, then floated his way over to the locked cabin, unlocking it.

Once Numb turned the key, the cabinet unlocked and he was able to open it up.
Cabinet beneath hand-washing station:
- Inside were some water pipes
- There was also a bar of soap stuck to the wall of it.
- A water pot was also there, taking up space. It was complete with a lid.

Blake floated back over to the cabinet under the stove, remembering to check it before he moved on.

Cabinet under the stove:
- There was nothing in the cabinet beneath the stove.
- However, on the ceiling of it was a plastic panel held in by 4 screws. It seemed to be part of the nonfunctional stove above.
